We strive to provide a safe, inclusive environment where every Girl and Woman, regardless of skill level, race, ethnic background, religious beliefs, sexual preferences or physical abilities will be accepted and appreciated. Wrestling is fun, but it is also a difficult sport; any person willing to come to practice and do the work will earn, and be shown, the proper respect. We are excited to welcome all to our community.

"WOMEN'S WRESTLING IS NOT THE FUTURE- IT'S THE REVOLUTION"
ITS NOT JUST
ABOUT
WRESTLING ...
From ancient legends to Olympic podiums, the journey of women’s wrestling has been a battle for visibility, respect, and opportunity. For decades, girls were told the mat wasn’t meant for them, yet they showed up anyway. They trained in silence, wrestled with boys, and carved out space in a sport that never intended to hold it for them.
The rise of women's wrestling is a testament to resilience and grit. In the early 1990s, female athletes began forming grassroots teams and demanding their place at the table. By 2004, women’s freestyle wrestling debuted in the Olympics, marking a global shift. From high school to college programs, the movement has exploded, creating new generations of fierce, empowered athletes.
At Grit N Grace, we honor that history by building the next wave of game changers, girls who don’t just participate, but lead. Girls who fight for their spot, then help build a mat for the next. Because this isn’t just a sport, it’s a movement. And it’s only just getting started.
